• What should I do if I am between two shoe sizes?

If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size.

• How do I measure my feet for ANTA shoes?

Put your foot on a blank piece of paper Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of the heel on the paper with the pencil. Then measure the distance between the two marks in either centimeters or inches and then follow the shoe size guide chart to find the correct size for you.

Promotions & Campaigns

• Why isn't my discount code working?

Please make sure the code is entered correctly, has not expired, and meets all applicable terms and conditions (such as minimum purchase amount or eligible products).

• Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

• Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Some discount codes cannot be combined with sale items or other promotions. Please refer to the promotion terms.

• Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be added once an order has been placed.

• Why did my discount disappear at checkout?

• Can I combine a member discount with a coupon code?

Unless otherwise specified, discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined. 

Orders & Payment

• How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our Customer Service team email at antathonline@anta.com for assistance.

• Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, save your shipping information, and enjoy our exclusive membership benefits.

• Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

• How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in the email.

• Can I order multiple items in one order?

Yes. You can add multiple items to your shopping cart and complete your purchase in a single order. Please note that availability may vary by product, and some items may be shipped separately.

• Why was my order canceled?

Your order may have been canceled due to one of the following reasons:

• The item is out of stock.
• The payment could not be authorized or was declined.
• The billing or shipping information could not be verified.
• The order did not pass our security verification process.

Shipping & Delivery

• How long will my order take to arrive?

Once we confirm your order and have the goods ready, they will be delivered by the express company within 2 to 5 working days.

• How Do I Get Free Shipping on ANTA Orders?

Free shipping on orders over THB 3900! Just make sure your order total meets or exceeds this amount at checkout, and the shipping fee will be automatically waived. 

• Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Before your order has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service team at antathonline@anta.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you entered an incorrect address, we recommend placing a new order with the correct shipping information. If you refuse delivery of the original package, please contact Customer Service at antathonline@anta.com for assistance with your return and refund options.

Returns 

• What is ANTA's returns policy?

th.anta.com purchases can be returned within 30 days. To be eligible to return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with complete accessories, and the original packaging and tags must also be intact and in their original condition.

• How do I return my ANTA order?

You can return unworn and unwashed th.anta.com orders within 30 days.

Please contact customer service at antathonline@anta.com to explain your refund request. Customer service will assist you in providing a suitable return plan.

Please note that if you choose to return the product by mail, you will need to bear the return shipping cost yourself.

• Where is my refund?

Once we receive your return and check that the condition of the goods does not affect resale, we will process the refund for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

• Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for your preferred item.

And contact us at antathonline@anta.com. Eligible items that are unworn, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact may be returned for a refund.
